An official with President Barack Obama’s campaign says Bill Clinton is scheduled to campaign for Obama in Denver and Aurora on Tuesday. The president cancelled a Colorado Springs event Tuesday due to Hurricane Sandy. The storm has thrown the nail-biter of an election into even greater turmoil. Obama is grounded in Washington, D.C., he will be relying on the former president, known in political circles as “The Big Dog,” to carry his message. Republican vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan also cancelled his Colorado trip on Tuesday because of the storm. He had been due to speak in Greeley, Castle Rock and Canon City.
